The Business Development Representative position is a 100% new business sales role. The Business Development Representative's main duty is to seek and obtain new business-to-business relationships.

Responsibilities
Prospecting, closing new pest management programs and consulting services, and solving complex problems within an assigned territory.
Work with internal leads and be expected to aggressively self-generate and develop sales territory.
Generate value for McClouds' customers and enhance your professional growth within a thriving environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is independent, focused, and driven. A true Hunter of new business who is customer service/problem-solving oriented with a 4-year degree. A technical degree is a plus but not mandatory.
At least 2 years prior experience and a stable work record in business-to-business service-related sales, solving sometimes complex problems utilizing a technical, consultative approach is ideal. Food service/manufacturing, pest management, route services, restaurant or grocery, or other related backgrounds are valuable. We will train the right person in the technical aspects of our pest management services. If you are a hungry new grad with a business focused degree, let's talk!
Well-developed prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Basic computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office and Customer database management.
Customer service orientation and team problem-solving approach to Customer relations.
Ability to quickly assimilate the technical knowledge of Pest Management from both classroom and field training.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Acceptable pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical.
Related college degree, technical certifications are preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
