Quality Assurance/Inspector
Quick Apply Full-time 3 hours ago Full Job Description The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that our CNC turned high-precision parts are manufactured according to print using controlled processes to assure that they meet all customer requirements.
This is done by providing inspections on the manufacturing floor to test parts using appropriate gauges and measurements techniques.
The Quality Inspector works with machine operators to make sure they are properly trained on testing methods, audits results and ensures each operator is equipped and competent to do their own testing during their production runs.
This full-time position includes:
Team production bonus, paid PTO, BCBS PPO, Simple IRA with company match, uniforms and safety equipment.

com) Qualifications College degree or experience in a manufacturing Expert in GD&T Knowledge of SPC 3
years of quality department experience in a manufacturing setting Advanced blueprint reading Good working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and ability to analyze, recommend, and implement improvement ideas.
Structured problem-solving skills at a working level including 5-Why analysis Identify problematic trends within production and provide solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attentive to meticulous detail Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
